		<description>i read your blog &#039;cover to cover&#039; (i&#039;m sick and in bed, which explains the free time) and i love your recipes and photos. food photos are the one thing i still struggle with, i love how you improved on that 100% (no offence:), the most recent pictures are simply amazing!
as to the pad thai, i love it and always order it in restaurants but was always scared of making it at home...that is untill i came across a recipe from one of my &#039;asian&#039; cook books. you&#039;re right, it takes time to line up the ingredients, but man it&#039;s worth it! i made mine with chicken, browned it in a wok with some garlic and lime juice, then i added the noodles, then a dash of thick soya sauce (didn&#039;t have any fish sauce), lime juice, ground cashews and the eggs. served with more peanuts and some fresh coriander.
i&#039;ve made it before with some sort of &#039;ready to use&#039; bottled &#039;pad thai&#039; sauce and it absolute crap, so i was pleasantly surprised that this version turned out so yummy! i&#039;m looking forward to making it with tofu and prawns!</description>
