Hello Bridget, I came to read your blog, and have read it all now. How delightful it is.
I am pleased to find you are a Daring Baker. I had a good laugh over your ‘stream of conscientiousness’ writing, while going through the yule log recipe. All in all, I think your Yule Log came out terrific. I will be making my debut DB bake this next month.
I think we are allowed to consult another daring baker about any problems, so you may hear from me real soon!

Looks very good! Fish tacos are such a nice dinner. I also like the sauce – especially with the Cilantro!
