Michele – I can usually only find wonton wrappers too, so that’s what I usually use. The filling and cooking instructions for other size wrappers are right above the dipping sauce recipe.

Hi Bridget — I really want to make these. Did you have any trouble finding the gyoza wrapper? I have only see the wontons at the store but I am thinking maybe the gyoza are somewhere else in the store. Thanks for your awesome blog. Michele

This is my fav potsticker recipe of all time as well as the dipping sauce!! SO good! I make them w/wonton wrappers as smaller “appetizers” and they do get frozen. Great to pull out of your sleeve at the last minute if folks come over!

I was thinking of making chicken dumplings just this weekend. I may have to make some pork potstickers as well! These look great!
