My wife and I have made a few loaves of Challah for her family, and it has never failed to please. I usually end up tenting the loaf with foil for the last part of the baking, just to keep the color down a bit. In any event, it's a showstopper. Thanks for sharing! That’s a terrific loaf of bread.
