It's a great, easy to follow recipe. Thanks for sharing. Everyone loved them, and the extras lasted well over the following days. I didn't use any icing and they were plenty sweet and moist. I did try Alton Brown's recipe for making cinnamon rolls about a month or so ago but because I don't own a KA's stand mixer so I ended up using my hands to knead. Needless to say, I didn't realy know exactly how long and what the dough's texture was supposed to turn out so I messed up the process from there on! I really want to test out AB's recipe vs. CI's recipe for this and see for myself which one I'll like better. I've never worked with dough before so there are still lots to learn I guess!
