so cute!! we made mini springforms ($4.50 at C&B!) and each one was 1100 cals!! crazy for sure. i took one to work and got seven servings out of it.

I love your idea of quatering the recipe! Definitely something I will have to do once I get out of school for the summer–no more people to feed. And something like that around the house would definitely get devoured, which is no good. It looks sinfully delicious!

I’m with you on thinking the serving sizes were a little wacky…that would be one GIANT serving. Your idea of making a smaller torte was smart….this is some rich stuff! Great job!
