Yeah, this’d definitely be a much healthier option than the usual french toast! Or maybe a “compromise”… French toast-ed pain a l’ancienne with the bruschetta topping! Heaven!

I love making fruit salsa… probably every other week or so. It’s been great to use for random fruit leftover and is such a healthy snack! Your idea of topping bread is so creative too. We usually just use baked tortilla chips for our salsa!
