		<description>I am one of those people who never uses a recipe for mashed potatoes- but I am going to try these out!  When I use a thinner skinned potato to make mashed potatoes I often leave the skins and actually serve them mashed like that.  My husband and I both like the little bite that a thin skin adds to the dish and most of the potato&#039;s nutrients are in the skin anyway!</description>
