I must say, I didn&#039;t follow the recipe (at all) but the idea was enough to get me going...so, thank you!</description>

		<description>This looks fabulous!  I love sausage and apples together.  My mother in law made something similar to this (no potatoes though) and it was a great filling for pork loin.</description>
