		<description>I used Nasoya tofu and pressed it pretty good and cut it up, all that... they could have put an eye out when they came out of the oven they were so hard.  Totally inedible.  What did I do!??!</description>

		<description>Whoa, what a great idea!! Though it probably wouldn&#039;t fool anybody, it&#039;s definitely a nutritious substitute for the often oily bagged croutons. I can&#039;t believe I&#039;ve never thought of this - Japanese agedashi tofu is basically the same thing, but I never noticed its resemblance to croutons! Thanks!!</description>
