I never thought to make them in muffin form, but after seeing yours I think I'll try that next time. I like to have some muffins in the freezer for a quick snack when I'm working. Thankfully we don't have that problem here and we eat whatever flavors whenever we want, usually :) I keep forgetting that-- milk + coffee + (choc + cinnamon) = cappuccino! Awesome.
