Oh, I absolutely love pork chops and pork tenderloin – probably more than beef! Love it with apples, but rhubarb sounds fantastic!

Love the rhubarb–and love it in “savory” dishes. Ours is just about played out in the garden, but we still have enough to pull this sauce together. I’m wondering about it on grilled chicken thighs, too.

You can’t perfect their perfect recipe! Nooo! Ha ha ha. Pork is definitely not underused in this household– love it with sweet accompaniments, and this fits the bill perfectly!

Restaurant favorites is a seriously overlooked book – some great stuff in there! There is also an interesting pork rhubarb recipe with cumin over on epicurious that is really great.
