It excited me enough that I left the window open to your page a full 24 hours so I could sneak looks at the pictures of your lamb throughout the day. Food porn. And it still has me drooling! I can't wait until i have a good opportunity to make that. Grits sound like the perfect accompaniment! I don't usually think to eat grits for supper but your recipe sounds delish, and different from my usual butter+salt+pepper recipe. My boyfriend thinks he hates grits, but maybe if I fix them you're way he'll change his mind :) thank you for an awesome blog!
