Yes, this soup is amazing! I’ve made this one, blogged it and it’s a family favorite. Your post is exquisitely lovely. I serve this over white rice for a complete dinner– looks like i should do that soon, since I have everything to make it. Thanks!

Just thought I’d let you know that this post looked really funny on my RSS reader (bloglines). It appears that the entire post is duplicated along the left margin, but it only shows about 1 – 2 words per line, so the RSS feed shows the page going on and on (probably for 3 – 4 pages?).
This is a great post – just thought you might want to know in case some configuration has changed on your RSS feed. Wouldn’t want anyone to miss this great info!

Chaokoh is definitely the best coconut milk. For light, I like Trader Joe’s brand. This looks delicious and I can’t wait to try it!

I do the same thing – seeing new ingredients is so much fun, but it’s so hard to find ways to use them! Galangal is one I’ve never seen, but the soup does sound good!
