This looks really delish, in fact it looks so delish I just went out and bought everything for it for my dinner party tomorrow night. One thing though, I can’t find malt vinegar anywhere. Is is possible to substitute with anything else or should I just skip it?

I made this on the weekend (along with the accompanying rice and peas) for a little informal patio dinner with some friends. It was so tasty! Definitely a recipe I will use again. Thanks for sharing!

This looks delicious! We love grilled chicken, and I’ve never made this version at home before. I’ll have to try it (with the exception of malt vinegar of course!).
