Seriously, these look GORGEOUS!!! I appreciate the time and food styling that you took to decorate these cookies. From my experience, sugar cookies are time-consuming and make you go a little crazy for staying in between the lines but they are always so beautiful and very rewarding to share, too. FANTASTIC JOB!!!

These look amazing! I always mean to make rolled sugar cookies with royal icing, but I don’t because I think they will never turn out as well as I envisioned. But, your icing looks great! Working with royal icing is on my bucket list, I think I might give these a try They look especially yummy in chocolate!

This fixes my big beef with sugar cookies – no flavor. And they look beautiful, I think the chocolate/pink contrast is great.

Living the Sweet Life - "Wobbly", good description, I like it! Yes, it gets a lot firmer when you bake it. However, I've only used the tofu packed in water in a plastic container (like this), not the tofu packed in aseptic boxes. I don't know how much of a difference that makes.

Great snack – - quick question, does the consistency for the tofu change? Most of the times I’ve had tofu, it’s always had a wobbly sort of consistency … when baking it, does it get a little more solid? I’ll have to give this a try for sure
