I absolutely HATE the store bought sauces and i've experienced making my own a couple of times but it just never comes out good. I would like to make a a batch(not a huge quantity like the Italian families do....8-10 large glass bottles is what im looking for) from scratch. I really,really hope you can help me out!!! I couldn't control myself, so the second I found a recipe that had all the ingredients I have in the house, I jumped on it. It was your chocolate cheesecake brownie. It's actually baking in the oven as I type this. I was so excited to make it that I didn't even bother to read the directions so I just ended up mixing all of the ingredients at once. I'm sure it'll still be delicious. I even bookmarked your blog. I will be checking in very often, so keep up the good work!
